Service Description
Our specialized class teaches techniques for performing challenging yet fun arm balancing yoga poses. We will build the strength and flexibility needed to practice arm balancing poses by exploring core stabilizing poses like tabletop, plank, side plank, chair pose, and downward-facing dog. This will create a pathway to more challenging arm balance poses like crow, side crow, fallen angel, and headstand. Participants will learn through discussion, demonstration, and practice.
