Service Description
Our Barre Fusion Flow is a balance of Yoga, functional training and cardio. HIIT (high intensity interval training) blended with barre fusion will get your heart pumping to deliver a healthy mix of thigh-and-glute sequences. It’s a fun, full-body workout with inspiring playlists that make you want to move! Strengthen your core, tone your hips and thighs and flatten your abs- all while being mindful & soulful!
Class might incorporate props like: light weights, resistance bands and fitness balls. These props add more intensity if desired, but they are optional- Our philosophy at Kula is: practice with compassion by listening to your body and only do what feels good.
